We can achieve more together, which is why we are participating in the Commit for Our Planet initiative. Cosmetics Europe, the European association of cosmetics manufacturers, launched the initiative in December 2022.

15 pioneering companies from Germany are already taking part. We are pleased to be part of this important network in order to contribute together to greater transparency and sustainability in the cosmetics industry.

The label carrier material is particularly tear-resistant due to the fibers it contains and is a valuable raw material. We send our waste liner back to our label supplier, which is part of the recycling pilot with RafCycle™ by UPM Raflatac

By recycling carrier material, the trees are protected and the resulting recycled fibers are used to make magazine paper.

Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil

Because the growing use of palm oil contributes to the deforestation of tropical forests, the WWF launched the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) in 2004. Members are involved in or affected by palm oil production in various ways: palm oil producers, small farmers, traders, consumer goods manufacturers, banks and non-governmental organizations such as WWF and Oxfam. The aim of the round table is to encourage as many people as possible to comply with the standards.
