1. Systemkosmetik GmbH does not employ young people under the age of 15, except for a work placement prescribed by the school.

2. From September 1, 2013, young people will only be employed from the age of 16 and only if they have not been employed in another company in the current calendar year.

The employment relationship may only exist during the vacations, for a maximum of 8 hours per day and for a maximum of 20 working days per year. Young people need written permission from their parents.
