We are pleased to present our latest research work together with the Technical University of Dortmund and Ark Vision Systems: an AI-supported sensor system that takes the monitoring and control of emulsion processes in production to the next level. This system makes it possible to measure droplet sizes in real time during production, thereby shortening production times, increasing efficiency and improving quality during ongoing production. By using advanced image processing and AI technologies such as YOLOv4, emulsions can be analysed precisely and quickly. This not only saves time, but also helps to sustainably increase process reliability and quality.
