1. component testing with hand-held scanners
All relevant data is stored in our merchandise management system (Veh:CI). Only qualified personnel are responsible for preparing and testing the components.
Primary packaging: Packaging that comes into direct contact with the product, such as bottles, tubes, jars and sachets. They are crucial for storage stability and quality.
Secondary packaging: Outer packaging such as labels, folding boxes and package inserts that provide protection and control functions.
Tertiary packaging: Combination of primary and secondary packaging to form larger load units, e.g. on pallets.
2. machine set-up
Only qualified personnel set up the machines, logging in with personnel cards. Before production starts, quality assurance checks all relevant parameters to ensure a smooth process.
3. Production
The entire production process is documented precisely and reliably. Important parameters such as agitator running time, temperature, homogenisation, filling weight, quantities and cycle times are precisely recorded. Faults and their causes are also documented.
4. cleaning the machines
Cleaning is also recorded and documented in order to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene.
